1. The deliveries quoted reflect current materials availability and are subject to change. The
deliveries would be confirmed at the time of order placement.

2. The price quoted includes standard domestic packaging (for indoor storage). If packing for long
term storage, outdoor storage, or for export were required there would be an additional charge.

3. The material quoted is offered with the manufacturer’s standard paint finish. If special coating or
paint were required there would be an additional charge.

4. This quotation has been prepared without benefit of written specifications. Should any of the
inquiry information change or be added to we reserve the right to revise our quotation.

5. Should the material quoted be intended for export out of the United States of America we would
require the Buyer to fill out, sign, and return the proper Export Controls form with their order so
that we can comply with U.S. Export Control laws. If the Buyer has a U.S. presence a
“Declaration of Exporter of Record” form would be required. If the Buyer does not have a U.S.
presence then an “Export Screening” form would be required.

6. Any Buyer required inspection or expediting required at a manufacturer’s plant that interferes
with the normal manufacturing process would be subject to an additional charge.

7. In the event of an order the material quoted would be non-cancellable and non-returnable.

8. Due to manufacturer’s quantity discounts the prices quoted are based on receipt of an order for
the quantities quoted. Should an order be placed for reduced quantities we reserve the right to
adjust our pricing, if necessary.

9. The standard manufacturers’ warranty period of “twelve (12) months from date material is
installed or eighteen (18) months from shipment, whichever occurs first” would apply to the
material quoted.

10. The Seller objects to the inclusion of any liquidated damages clause or any Letter of Credit or
Bond requirement in any purchase order issued against this quotation.
